The Creation Gym is a 2-hour drop-in session for queer artists and creators of any age. You’re invited to Buddies’ Cabaret Space to create and develop your work alongside other emerging artists, rehearse projects, and connect with new collaborators. The Creation Gym is facilitated by Daniel Carter. Sessions are held on a drop-in basis, and you can come or go when you need to.

Guest Artist Workshops
Guest artist workshops are offered throughout the season, with different guest artists sharing skills and different approaches to creation. Workshops are free to attend but have a limited capacity – registration information for upcoming sessions can be found below.
March 19, 2019 – Movement in Performance with FLY LADY DI
Participants can expect a thought-provoking look into Diana’s process as a performer, as she takes them through movement-based exercises to create bodily awareness and remain present. Designed for all-levels, attendees will also get the chance to ask themselves how they can best utilize the exercises in the workshop for their own practice and ask her any questions they may have as well.
