Want to host your event at Buddies?

Here’s how:

We require a minimum six-week lead time for events. If your event is within the next six weeks, please check out this list of alternate venues for your event!

Because of the nature of our space and our administrative capacity, we typically do not book events more than four months in advance (16 weeks). If you’re planning an event that is more than four months away, we may not be able to prioritize planning the event until 8 to 10 weeks prior to the event date.

Filling out the form below does not guarantee that we will be able to host your event in our space.

Please note that while we do our best to respond to all form submissions, if your request doesn’t meet the above criteria, we may not be able to respond. If you haven’t heard from us within three weeks of submitting your request, or your event is less than a month away, we likely cannot accommodate your request.

June Events – Buddies’ Queer Pride Festival

We do not accept new events or work with new producers during our Queer Pride Festival in June. If you’d like to host an event with us for our Queer Pride Festival, you must have previously produced an event at Buddies.

Lastly, we’re very busy being gay during the months of October, January, May, and June. Please be especially patient with us if you are submitting a request during one of these months!

Event requests must be submitted through the form below. Cold emails with event pitches may not receive responses from our team — this form is the best way to tell us about what you want to do!

The Cabaret

This is the general space.

The Bar (Within Cabaret)

The bar will be open and staffed for events

The Antechamber

The antechamber is only available upon special request, and subject to availability. Additional costs apply! The Antechamber is accessible via garage doors that open from the Cabaret, and from the front lobby entrance of the building.

Chamber

The use of the chamber is reserved for productions in our regularly scheduled season. If you’re interested in having your work in a future Buddies season, check out this blog post.
