Queer Broadway Karaoke is back, and we’re gonna make it through February together!
This is the space for theatre queers + friends to come together and sing all the songs that make us happy. Musical theatre canon, movie musicals, Disney movies, musical episodes of your favourite niche TV show, and anything that’s been in a jukebox show – if you love it (and if I can find a karaoke track on YouTube Premium), you can sing it! Solos, duets, and group singalongs all welcome. Because, as you may have heard, there is NO GATEKEEPING AT QUEER BROADWAY KARAOKE!!!!!
The bar opens at 6:30pm and tunes go from 8pm til late.
As of this month, Queer Broadway Karaoke is MASKED EVENT! Everyone is welcome and that means we keep each other safe and comfy, including disabled and immunocompromised community-members. We’ll have extra masks if you need, as well as COVID tests. Please stay home if you’re sick, but if not, come party with us! (yes, you can take off your mask on-stage – the mic will be disinfected between songs)
