We’ve got a variety of ways for you to get involved at Buddies. From professional development opportunities for artists to spaces for intergenerational dialogue. We also present an annual award recognizing the achievements of emerging queer artists, and support projects through the Ontario Arts Council’s Recommender Grants for Theatre Creators.

Buddies in Bad Times is not currently accepting script submissions.

We accept new work from artists in our artist development programs: the OAC Recommenders Grants (December, annually) the Rhubarb Festival (summer, annually) and the Emerging Creators Unit (fall, annually).
