Residency Artist Information Form

Hello!

We’re looking to get a bit more information for Buddies as we move into our 20/21 season. This form will help Aidan + Jonathan (Communications + Marketing) alongside the programming staff as we navigate our season communications. We want to hear from you about your needs and wants from when it comes to socials, visibility, media, and other communications where Buddies can help.

We want to foster a relationship of collaboration and especially want to hear from you about how we can help lift up your artistic practice and amplify it beyond the work that you’ll be doing in the space. We also want to provide you with useful design materials that you can use in sharing/talking about your residency project, while also building new relationships with photographers and graphic artists.

Please fill out the form below by Friday, September 11.

  • If you have a sense, please tell us about what you plan on doing in your residency, practically. Duration, people involved, vibe, expected results.
  • Can you share with us a bit about the themes, the stories that inspired this project, or a mandate for your residency? A question you are looking to explore?
  • We may already have descriptions of your residency on our website and would like to make sure they're up-to-date with your current plans. We have blurbs for some resident artists/projects here: https://buddiesinbadtimes.com/community/residency/. Please let us know if you would like this to be updated, and we can incorporate changes based on the info provided above (or let us know if there's something else that needs changing). If you are new to the residency program, we will draft a few sentences and send them your way for approval.
