Thank you for being a part of our community of donors – we couldn’t do it without you. We built this donor portal to provide you with everything you need to know about your donation and all of the benefits of being part of this community. We’ve also included a quick contact form that will help you with some of the more common requests we receive from our donors, including updating your contact information and requesting a copy of your tax receipt. And if you can’t find what you’re looking for, give Michael a call and he’ll be happy to help you.

We love to hear from our donors. If you have a question, some feedback, a request, or if you just want to say hi, please feel free to be in touch! Normally we’d welcome you into the office, but we’re in pretty irregularly these days. Right now, the best way to reach us is by e-mail.

Renewing your Gift
To renew your annual support, you can use our secure on-line payment system.
Did you know that over 100 Canadian employers will match your charitable donations – it’s a great way to double the impact of your gift. Click here to download a complete list of employers with matching gift programs.
A charitable tax receipt for the full amount of your donation will be issued within 60 days of your donation, with the exception of monthly donors who will receive a summary receipt in December. If you need a copy of your tax receipt, use our quick contact form to request one.
If you donated through a third party such as CanadaHelps or United Way, they will issue your tax receipt.
