Toronto’s funniest queer women present a double-bill you won’t want to miss: Hope Thompson’s queer noir The Love Crimes of Frances Lark, and Dawn Whitwell and Carolyn Taylor’s improvised docu-comedy Wand Portal.

THE LOVE CRIMES OF FRANCES LARK
Heartache Theatre presents the world premiere of The Love Crimes of Frances Lark, a 1950s radio-play-inside-a-play. Three friends rent a cabin for the weekend only to find themselves at the scene of a past crime—and in the midst of very present killers. It’s all thrills, chills, and laughs in Hope Thompson and Clinton Walker’s latest queer noir.
